Occasionally
students need extra help on an assignment or a friendly reminder about
what is expected of them. On this page I'll put some useful tips
relating to class projects so they can find the help they need even
when I'm not available (e.g., on weekends or evenings). I'll be
sure to update the tips and hints when new assignments are due.

General Tips
1. Make sure your child is ready for school each day.
2. Communicate openly with teachers.
3. Support
teachers and school rules.
4. Encourage responsibility and independence.
5. Ask your child about school every
day.
6. Encourage reading.
7. Have a set bedtime to insure proper rest.
8. Students need to write complete answers to questions. They need to restate the question and write
their answers in complete sentences.
