Requesting materials using Illinois Heartland Library System LINC Pac

- From the Shiloh CUSD#1 Homepage, click on “Shiloh Libraries”
- Click on “LINC Pac”- To go to the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC).
- Type in the search field your search item. (Keyword- the subject of the media; Title- what the media is called;
Author- Who wrote or created the media)
- Click on an item that looks close to what you are searching for, this will bring up the catalog
entry.
- Check to see how many libraries own the item or if Newman
Grade School or Shiloh School Library owns the item. If it is in the district please have Mr. Roskovensky or Mrs. Julian pull the item for you.
- If the item is not available in the district, click on “Request any item”.
- Type in your long bar code number in the field that asks for Patron ID.
- Enter your four digit Pin Number.
- Select which library you would like your materials delivered.
- Hit request.
